| STAFF AND MANAGEMENT |
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Institute will be governed by a Board of Directors who will promote, fundraise and develop the goals and future of KSVI. These are:
• Rev. John Mulindabigwi - Principal Director
• Rev. Ben Tumuheirwe - Board Member
• Mr. Joel Mwesigye - Board Member
• Mrs. Jolly Mulindabigwi - Board Member
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Committee will comprise of educationists, opinion leaders and technical advisors in the community to guide KSVI to its greatest efficiency and effectiveness.
ADMINISTRATION
The Institute will be headed by a Principal who will be an experienced Graduate Teacher leading a team of teachers and Instructors with relevant qualifications to cater for both standard secondary subjects and vocational skills. All staff will be selected from certified institutions who are capable of the position’s responsibilities, with a real interest and understanding in the subjects they teach, and a love for students - to build them as the next generation of leaders.
FINANCE MANAGEMENT
KSVI will employ a Bursar with qualification in Business Administration and Accountancy.
A Finance Committee chaired by the Treasurer of the Management Committee will oversee accountability and manage the proper appropriation of school finances.
